"Many people will walk in and out of your life, but only true friends will leave footprints in your heart". - They say the most precious friends are the one that you'll meet during high school and I did.. I met my 2 girl best buds (and we called ourselves sisters by heart back then)and got a crazy, funny barkada (and called our group "The diagram"), we come up with that group name because like a diagram our lives are connected with each other...but as time passed by everyone seems having their own lives. Some found their careers out of the country and some got married and some...we don't know. but most of us are still in touch... then years after, the yearly Christmas reunion has been forgotten... And just tonight I saw that the girl I used to call "bhes" is getting married next month and didn't even let me know about it... OUCH! I thought our friendship is better than this....

Potipot Island
Me and My college barkada always go out of town almost every year. And this year we decided to go on different islands " maiba lang.. ahaha! ". Day before kami umalis ng manila, biglang ngkasakit si kalbo pero sbe niya " tuloy padin tayo" so we did.. ang call time? 5am.. ahaha!
Our journey started at 7eleven Cubao. And on our way to Candelaria sobrang maulan na.. we were not able to use our " pinaghandaang shades". Since we did not make any plans at kung saan pupunta o anuman, wala kming mga dalang khit ano kundi mga sarili nmin at mga damit. Good thing, Kaye is from Zambales so we decided to drop by on their house at manghiram nga mga gagamitin namin sa island.
We went to the market near my friends house and pingbigyan nman kami ni haring araw at biglang uminit at ngamit nmin ang mga shades namin.. ahaha! mga turista lang :)
After having lunch at our friends house, we went to Dawal beach resort and we were told that it is 490php for the boat rent (back & forth).
After the short boat ride at habang umuulan ng bongga, we were finally at our destination! Potipot Island, is a small PRIVATELY-owned island off the coast of Zambales. It doesn’t have any resorts on it or bars or restaurants. What it does have is clear waters and white sand. Which I think is essential to having a great time at the beach.
A welcome sight: 300 pesos to enjoy the beach.
We were greeted by white sands and clear blue waters. They have some cottages and tables to rent though, so you wouldn’t be at a complete loss. What I really don't like about Potipot though is it's expensive entrance fee and cottages but such a very, very pretty view.
The island is really small. It would take you around 30 minutes to walk around it " But I didn't try because it's raining hehe.." It may lacks in size but it makes up with the beauty of the view.
One thing I like: not many people go there. I know it’s a bit elitist of me to say so…but I’ll say it anyway. I don’t like beaches or resorts with lots of people.
The island doesn’t have great plumbing though. I wouldn’t recommend it to the squeamish. It does have fairly manageable bathrooms and hand pumps.
Well, since it's raining real hard we we don't have much pictures at the beach, all were taken at our kubo.
It was really such a great experience being in an island surrounded by water and take note " no one is there but US" seems like we rented the whole island.. ahaha!

DEADly broken :(
I get tired too.
Do I deserve all the pain?
Do I deserve to be hurt?
Do I deserve to be broken?
I always heard people say “LOVE is a GAME”…
And now I’m wondering “How come I never won?”
How come it’s always me that is being left alone?
When he came into my life, he promised me heaven…
But why does it seem that I’m in hell now?
He used to be a dream come true but it seem now that I have a nightmare…
Does it really have to be hard when you love?
Does it really have to hurt?
Does it really have to leave you broken into pieces?
I am the one suffering.
I lost almost everything.
I lost my friends.
I lost my happiness.
I lost myself.
When do we really stop loving?
Should I stop thinking where I’m going?
Should I just let go and think about an “Angel” that will have a better future…
That will have a complete family…
Should I be selfish?
Or should I just die and feel nothing?
Someone save me please.
I don’t know where I am going.
I don’t know how to ease the pain.
I don’t know if I can still go on…
I have no one...
Someone make me alive and happy... because I'm DEADly broken.

Call Center Life
"A peek in the funny, colorful and wacky life of a call center ..."
Working in a call center for almost 4 years is like being chained down, nakakasira sa barkada at biyahe, lower chance of going out of town, when at work-you're in front of the pc... at home, still the same thing. Some of your neighbors who rarely see you go out of your compound will even think you are a new person in the hood or something. Days off is not enough to accomplish things and spend time with your family. Madugo mag request ng vacation leave and if you are lucky, you will get sick and can file sick leave easier.
Have you ever had a dream (more of a nightmare) you were taking calls, like it was a typical day at work in a call center then you wake-up, you’re at home and you suddenly realize you have a upcoming shift in a few hours. Well, I had that nightmare for several times when I was still taking calls.
Most of the call center agents are not getting enough of sleep. That’s why most of the time agents are irritable and lacks energy. Sometimes - when pressure is so high – call center people tend to do stupid things just to go with the flow… like releasing a call, listening to a conversation on the phone when you've already transferred the call or just doing some things on the phone just to avoid answering calls.
But once you begin working in this industry, it is so hard to quit because of money, reality bites all for the need of money.
One thing I’ve learned from those is that you need to know your priorities. I know that though we are earning a lot through this job – there are still some things that we want to achieve and we don’t want to stay working in a call center for the rest of your lives, but we must also know the right strategy on how to achieve our personal goal.
Before deciding to enter BPO, Call center for me is a place full of FUN! Just FUN! But as years had passed, I’ve realized that it is not just about TEAM BUILDING, PIZZA PARTY, INUMAN SESSIONS, GIMIKS, STARBUCKS TAMBAY, and all those VICES.
It is more of… Queue, AHT, Schedule Adherence, Abandoned Calls, Dropped Calls, Score Cards, QA Scores, Top Agent, Top Team, EOP, and all those warnings.
And the saddest part of all...
Life in a call center kinda wears u out the longer u stay...Goodbyes are as rampant as hellos :). I have bid farewell to plenty of friends from work too...its hard but it's inevitable... one day you'll have to say your farewell piece too. :)..
But remember there are no GOODBYES... but there's "SEE YOU WHEN I SEE YOU"

Moving On...
Today was the turning point. I stopped trusting in my own carefully
laid plans and asked GOD to show me His.
I remember those days that I've been miserable, the pains, the tears
and the hurt.
It was just now when I've realized that GOD was
parading HIS plan for my future right in front of my eyes.
He had
mapped a course for me that was more wonderful than anything I
could come up with on my own, and HE was making sure that in the
days to come I would never question that this good plan had originated in HIS mind.
It's been a year now.
Things didn't change overnight, but slowly my feelings for him
subsided. God used that time to teach me to trust HIM with my heart,
to believe that if our relationship wasn't HIS plan, He would help
take it away and change my heart. And he did.
He took the feelings away.
Perhaps after all my worries and questions, I've discovered that all
along GOD had the right thing at the right time for me, for us.
I just couldn't do what felt right; I had to do what was right.
... Moving On...
How he changed by time
When you first started dating her, you were always clean shaven, you
smelled good and you were polite in her presence. But now that you’re in
it for the long haul, you might feel that you can skip the razor and
let the occasional fart loose in her presence.
Often, when a relationship becomes long term, you start to get lazy. You stop doing the little things for her that you used to do, and you start doing new things that you wouldn't have dared to do when you first met her.
"Relationship changes are natural" - I really want to believe that... everyday I keep on saying " I'm not hurtin anymore.. I'm used to it" But deep within I'm bleedin.. how can someone get used to the fact that they are being taken for granted...
Before for him you are the most understanding and nice girl but now you are a paranoid monster... and you would hear them say " I'm getting tired with someone like you" wherein fact they are exactly the reason why you have been a monster!
He didn't even notice that you changes your hairstyle or when you get a new dress...
He used to be happy to spend time with your family, but now he's not as willing. Or maybe you used to put up with seeing the occasional romantic comedy and now he only want to watch action flicks.
You entered the relationship with a seemingly even-tempered guy, but he turns out to be an impatient, bad-tempered stress case. Shouting on you in front of his friends.. How fair is that?
You have a feeling that he doesn't want to be with you anymore...you don't do the usual things that you are doing before... watching movies, playing badminton... and a lot more...
He used to be the person to make you smile but now makes you cry...
He used to be your everything but now makes you feel like "NOTHING"
He used to be a dream but now a nightmare...
